AQUARIUS COCKTAIL
1 1/2 ounces BLACK JACK WHISKY
1/2 ounce CHERRY BRANDY Liqueur by (E.D.C.)
1 ounce cranberry juice
 


Shake with ice and strain into
an old fashioned glass on the rocks.

 

 

  BLOOD & SAND 1/2 ounce KING OF SCOTS SCOTCH WHISKY
1/2 ounce CHERRY BRANDY Liqueur by (E.D.C.)
1/2 ounce HADDAD sweet VERMOUTH
1 tablespoon orange juice
 
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

 

 

  BOSTON SOUR 2 ounces HIS EXCELLENCY SCOTCH WHISKY
1 teaspoon sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg white
 
Shake all with cracked ice and strain into a long cocktail glass.
Add slices of lemon and cherry.

 

 

  HARRY LAUDER 1 ounce KING OF SCOTS SCOTCH WHISKY
1 ounce HADDAD sweet VERMOUTH
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Some prefer it with ice.

 

 

  MANHATTAN 1 ounce BLACK JACK WHISKY
1 ounce HADDAD sweet VERMOUTH
1 dash bitters
1 red cherry
 
Stir with ice. Serve in a small whisky glass.
You may serve it over ice cubes and add a splash of soda water.

 

 

  MILK PUNCH 2 ounces CLASSIC WHISKY
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup milk
 
Shake with ice and strain into a long glass.
Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top.

   
  JAPANESE FIZZ 1 1/2 ounces BLACK JACK WHISKY
1/2 ounce HADDAD EXTRA PORT
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg white
Soda water
 
Shake with ice and strain into a long glass over a few ice cubes.
Fill with soda water and stir.

   
  JOHN COLLINS 2 ounces BLACK JACK WHISKY
1 teaspoon sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Soda water
 
Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in a long glass.
