SILVER STALLION FIZZ
2 ounces RAWLINGS LONDON DRY GIN
2 - 3 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
 


Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice. Strain into a long glass and fill with carbonated soda water and stir.

 

 

  DRY MARTINI 2 - 3 ounces SIR WALTER RALEIGH GIN
1 drop dry Vermouth
Lemon peel or olive
 
Stir well with 4 ice cubes. Pour into a cocktail glass. Twist a lemon peel over the drink or drop in an olive (without the ice).
Some drink this cocktail poured over ice (on the rocks).

 

 

  GIMLET COCKTAIL 1 1/2 ounces SIR WALTER RALEIGH DRY GIN
1 teaspoon sugar
 
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Some drink it poured over ice.

 

 

  BULLDOG COOLER 2 ounces RAWLINGS LONDON DRY GIN
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Gingerale
 
Fill a long glass with ice. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar. Top with Gingerale. Stir and serve.

 

 

  CARDINAL 2 ounces SIR WALTER RALEIGH DRY GIN
2 drops dry Vermouth
1 teaspoon CHATEAU BITTER
Twist of lemon
 
Stir all ingredients, except the lemon, with 4 - 5 cubes of ice in a tall stemmed wine glass or a high ball (long) glass. The lemon is twisted over the whole.

 

 

  NEGRONI 1 1/2 ounces RAWLINGS LONDON DRY GIN
1 1/2 ounces HADDAD SWEET VERMOUTH
1 1/2 ounces CHATEAU BITTER
Twist of lemon or orange peel
Soda water
 
Stir the first 3 ingredients with ice in a tall glass. Serve with lemon or orange peel and top off with soda water.
